Our office is open Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments can be made for Monday and Wednesday 8:30am to 2:30pm, Thursday 8:30am to 11:00am. Other day's become available according to our surgery schedule. Please schedule appointment accordingly.

Emergencies and urgent patient visits may from time to time disrupt the appointment schedule and cause your visit to be delayed.
We will verify your appointment 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please download a patient registration form and fax it back to our office. Our fax number is 972-566-8004.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we request at least 24-hour notice.
