Timothy H. Trone, M.D.

Otolaryngologists Dallas | Dr. Timothy H. Trone, M.D.  | PlanoDr. Timothy H. Trone is a board-certified otolaryngologist with over 30 years of practice experience, specializing in pediatric airway, pediatric and adult sinus surgery, and evaluation and surgery for sleep apnea.

Dr. Trone received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and completed residency training in Otolaryngology through there as well at Parkland Memorial Hospital.

As an active participant in both the medical and local community, Dr. Trone is a member of several professional organizations, including:

  • American College of Surgeons, Fellow
  • American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, Fellow
  • American Board of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery

Dr. Trone has also been recognized for his skills, as he was twice listed as a “Super Doctor” by Texas Monthly, and as a “Top Pediatric Specialist” and “Top Otolaryngologist” by D Magazine.

Thomas Y.L. Hung, M.D.

Otolaryngologists Dallas | Dr. Thomas Y.L. Hung, M.D   | PlanoBoard-certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Thomas Y.L. Hung specializes in pediatric and adult sinus disease, parotid and thyroid gland tumors, and reconstruction of facial scars and skin cancers.

Dr. Hung received his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and completed an otolaryngology residency at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Hung then furthered his training by completing a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, also at Duke University Medical Center.

In addition to his practice experience, Dr. Hung is also a member of several professional organizations, including:

  • American Academy of Otolaryngology
  • American Medical Association
  • American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
  • American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy

He previously served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Duke University Medical Center, as well as the Chief of Otolaryngology at the Veterans Administration Medical Center. Dr. Hung’s work has also appeared in several publications and presentations throughout the country.

Dr. Hung has also been recognized for his skills, as he was listed as "One of the Best Doctors” by D Magazine.

Andy T. Chung, M.D.

Otolaryngologists Dallas | Dr. Andy T. Chung, M.D. | PlanoDr. Andy T. Chung is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in minimally invasive laser surgery for cancer removal at Dallas ENT Group. Dr. Chung also serves as a staff surgeon at Kaiser Permanente Colorado.

Dr. Chung graduated with his medical degree from Loma Linda University, and completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Duke University Medical Center, where he served as chief resident during his final year. Dr. Chung also completed a fellowship in Microvascular Head & Neck Oncology and Transoral Laser Microsurgery at Washington University School of Medicine.

Throughout his medical experience, Dr. Chung’s work has appeared in several publications, presentations and lectures on a wide array of otolaryngology topics. He has previous teaching experience as an instructor of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine and as an associate clinical professor at the Loma Linda University School of Nursing.
